Policies

Every year at our annual meeting, which is usually held in May, we adopt a whole range of policies which we feel will assist us with the smooth running of the council. Generally some of the policies run from one term to another, unless of course something crops up in the year, in which case a review may be necessary.

We do however review and adopt our Standing Orders and Financial Regulations at every annual meeting for the ensuing year:
